The journey to Dallas, #6 (offensive photo)

This engraved phrase was placed on a memorial dedicated to confederate war dead in the center of downtown Augusta.

I found the 40 foot tall tower to be incredibly offensive, especially since it didn't include any kind of interpretive plaque which might have explained its significance when erected and its offensiveness today.
